Project Overview
This project highlights my work managing and creating content for Java House’s social media channels, primarily focusing on Instagram and Facebook. For over a year, I was solely responsible for planning, designing, and publishing content across both platforms.
Content Strategy
The primary focus was to create engaging visual content that showcased beverages, food offerings, staff, and customers. This approach helped communicate the welcoming and community-oriented atmosphere of the cafés while keeping the content visually consistent with the brand.
Brand Voice & Execution
All posts followed Java House’s upbeat and humorous brand voice. I wrote the copy for each post and created supporting graphics and photography to maintain a cohesive tone and visual style across platforms.
Results
During this period, Java House’s Facebook page saw a 231.3% increase in content interactions and a 144.7% increase in page visits. Instagram also experienced growth, with a 15% increase in followers and a 165.9% increase in reach, reflecting stronger audience engagement and expanded visibility.

Outcome
Through consistent visual storytelling, brand-aligned messaging, and regular posting, the social media channels experienced measurable growth in engagement and audience reach while reinforcing Java House’s friendly and approachable brand identity.
